Let's make it a little more work she's gonna lift her head and shoulders up as her arms come down and that's gonna intensify the work out in the upper abs. Then she's gonna strain her legs out that's gonna intensify what's going on in the lower abdominals. Double trouble okay and it's not only strengthening it's flattening her stomach and I can really feel this
exercise. I'm getting a total workout. I can feel it in my shoulders I can feel it in my back I can feel it in my biceps my abs and my legs.

right now. Let's do a great butt firming exercise so I'm gonna have you put your feet up on the foot bar and you can let go of the handles I'm gonna add all of the power cords so you have a little
help. Now keep your inner thighs squeezing together work those inner thighs you're gonna pull your stomach in and lift your hips up to the ceiling and down. Good now I want you to stay up and little pulses that's gonna give you that great butt that looks so good in jeans. I can always work that area too there's another great exercise you can do on the Pilates power gym called leg circles and I just want to show you how easy it is to go from the handle
to the straps so you're just gonna snap the handle off and snap the leg strap on. Wow that's so quick and easy it really is then bring your foot up into the air you're gonna wrap this around your foot do it on the other side and you're ready
