Congratulations on getting your new Pilates Power Gym Pro.
I'm going to show you a few tips on how to set it up. First of all it comes on wheels so you can just roll it around anywhere you want.
In your bedroom your den wherever you have a television. First thing you want to do is you want to know that this is your headrest and it can it has two positions up and flat. The next thing is when you set up your Pilates power gym Pro. It's so easy lift the shoulder rest like that, take the little clip that's attached right there and simply put it right through the hole and it snapped in so easy. Do it on the other side and there you go you have your shoulder rest done. You want to make sure that when you do set your shoulder rest that the concave area here is facing the foot bar so your shoulders fit in there nicely sometimes they go a little twisted around so just make sure you twist them so that they're facing the foot bar lift the foot bar up and depending if you're shorter or taller you'll adjust the foot bar so if you're a little shorter you can have it perpendicular like this. If you're a little taller like I'm five seven I like it just back a little bit.
You take one of the knobs and you stick it right in there and twist and then you do the same on the other side. Twist it right on in and there you go. Then make sure you have your tension cords at least one or two pulled out depending on what exercise you're going to be doing and that's all you have to do. Your blades power jib is ready to use. These by the way are your foot straps and you will be shown how to use those in one of the dvds showing leg work.
We won't use those for right now. Simply lay back on your Pilates power gym and grab the handles, put your feet on the foot bar and you are ready to go!
